Meet Copaiba – Since the 16th century, Copaiba has been prized for its traditional health benefits.
It’s gained rapid popularity due to easy, everyday use. Copaiba is harvested from Copaiba trees. It’s steam distilled, collecting aromatic compounds directly from the resin of the tree. |

Having cramps during that time of the month is the worst. They can be intense and put you out of commission – missing work, school, or social events.
I like to refer to Copaiba as nature’s aid for menstrual cramps. I keep a supply of my DIY menstrual capsules on hand and take as needed. |

A few years ago, I stopped dieting. Instead of focusing on a complicated diet plan or fad diet, I focused on eating nutrients that are good FOR my body and give me energy. No matter what health plan you choose to pursue, there are things you can do to be more healthy |
● |
Maintain portion control |

● |
And one of my favorites… incorporate essential oils |
I LOVE using essential oils in my cooking. It allows me to infuse aromatic, delicious flavors into my food and drinks. They also have internal benefits, like helping with weight loss. Of course, you need to use oils that are approved for internal use!
Here is a yummy, healthy recipe using approved essential oils to add to your healthy eating plan. |
