Do you wake up in the morning and still feel exhausted? Getting a good night’s sleep isn’t easy.

Whether it’s the kids, dog, hormones, or your partner snoring, no one has time to have their sleep interrupted. Getting a good night’s sleep is essential to good health.

I’ve found a simple roller bottle blend that helps me get the sleep I need. It’s easy to make and convenient to use.

Do your feet feel tired and achy at the end of the day?

If you have injured or overused your feet to the point of inflammation in your ligaments and tendons, you might be experiencing discomfort. Intense burning, numbness, or tingling is the worst, and it can stop you in your tracks.

There are so many great ways to soothe and support your feet at home. Here are a few of my favorites:
Do strengthening exercises – Keep your feet flexible and strong for effective foot health.
Buy supports – Keep feet stable throughout the day.
Get a foot massage  – Relieve discomfort and improve circulation.
Ice your feet  – Reduce inflammation and soreness.
Change your shoes – Wearing shoes beyond their lifespan can be a contributing factor to foot discomfort.
Give yourself a foot bath – Soothe foot discomfort. Include essential oils for an added benefit.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
1/2 cup epsom salts
1/4 cup fine Himalayan pink sea salt
10 drops Lavender oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Pour epsom salts into a deep basin or plastic tub large enough to fit your feet
2. Add sea salt and Lavender oil.
3. Pour very warm water into the basin
4. Soak feet for 20 to 30 minutes.
5. After soaking, use the remaining sea salt to scrub your feet and the lower part of your legs. Use a pumice stone to remove any rough spots on your heels. Dry your feet and massage feet and legs with a rich moisturizer. I like to use coconut oil with a few drops of Lavender oil.
Take a minute and share this post with someone that could use foot relief.
