Tired of puffiness and dark eye circles?
I found a natural remedy that does the trick. It contains cucumbers which have an anti-inflammatory effect. It also has Copaiba, my go-to for anti-aging. |

|
CUCUMBER EYE MASK: |
|
WHAT YOU’LL NEED: |
|
|
|
● |
1 small to medium cucumber |
|
|
|
|
● |
Cotton cosmetic pad (cut in half or fold in half) |
|
|
|
|
INSTRUCTIONS: |
|
|
|
2. |
Strain cucumber mixture and save liquid. |
|
3. |
Add almond oil and Copaiba oil to reserved cucumber juice. |
|
|
5. |
Soak cotton pads in the liquid mixture, remove from mixture. |
|
6. |
Place pads in glass jar to retain moisture. |
|
7. |
Store in freezer or fridge. |
|
8. |
Place cucumber cotton pad under each eye for 5-10 mins when needed for relief. |
|
|
|
|
|
LAVENDER |
|
Do you have a hard time falling asleep? Me too.
Spritzing a little lavender oil on my pillow gives me the sleep relief I need. I always keep a bottle by my bedside.
Good sleep is one of the best things for supporting anti-aging!

DIY PILLOW SPRAY |
|
WHAT YOU’LL NEED: |
|
|
|

20 drops of calming essential oils – Lavender is one of my favorites. You can also use Clary Sage, Bergamot, and Roman Chamomile if you like. |

2 or 4 oz glass spray bottle |
|
|
|
|
|
|
INSTRUCTIONS: |
|
Use a funnel to add water and essential oils into your spray bottle. Tighten the cap and swirl the bottle around to combine.
To use: Shake well and spray 3-4 times onto your pillow before laying down. |

LEMON |
|
Tired of wrinkles, dark spots, and oily skin?
Vitamin A, which is present in bananas, is a staple in this mask. Add Lemon oil and you’ve got a powerful punch to fight the signs of aging. |

|
BANANA FACE MASK |

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: |
|
|

|
INSTRUCTIONS: |
|
Mix mashed banana with 1 tbsp honey. Add 1-2 drops Lemon oil and combine. Put on face for 20 mins and rinse off with cool water. |
|

|
*Tip: This recipe is a great gift idea. I like to give it to all my friends. Just make sure they store it in the refrigerator until they use it. |
