| Keeping your dogs safe from pesky bugs and insects is super important. If they get them, you and your family could get them too. Essential oils have proven to be effective on dogs.
Here are 3 ways you can use essential oils to repel bugs and insects from your dog: |

| 1. No More Bugs – There are certain scents that critters hate. One of them is Lavender. If you’re looking for a quick way to keep them away from your dog, add 10 drops of Lavender to a bandana and tie it around their neck.
2. Doggie Smell Remover – Do you hate it when your home smells like dog? Bergamot oil is a natural deodorizer. You can use this oil two or three times a week on your sweet, yet not so sweet smelling pets. Fill an 8oz glass spray bottle with purified or distilled water. Add 5 drops of Bergamot. Shake well and apply a light spritz to your pet when needed.
3. Calming Mist For Dogs – If you have a dog that likes to bark or gets overly excited, a calming mist can be super helpful to keep emotions in check. Fill an 8oz glass spray bottle with purified or distilled water. Add 10 drops of Lavender. Shake well and apply a light spritz to your pet when needed. |
