With increasingly busy lives, many of us feel tired and drained. Do you have achy muscles and joints? Do you have an increasing lack of get-up-and-go for the activities you love? It might be hard to concentrate on simple tasks and you may find that your patience grows short and frustration rises at simple challenges.

These are all signs of exhaustion.

Several years ago, I was in this space. I found several essential oils that gave me the added boost of energy and motivation I needed. Now they are my go-to for all things energy. I’d love to share what I’ve learned with you.

Whether you choose to diffuse, roller bottle, create your own DIY recipe or use one drop at a time, here are five oils that will make your days better!
1. Peppermint – use to increase alertness
2. Wild Orange – help uplift mood and increase feelings of energy
3. Lemon – boost your feel-good hormones and reduce anxious feelings
4. Lavender – improve cognitive function to increase memory recall and focus
5. Rosemary – improve attention, motivation, and fight off fatigue

It’s LOVE month.

I can’t think of a better way to celebrate than by treating yourself to a salt bath.

Salt baths can help with:

Stress relief
Muscle aches
Head tension
Wound healing
Mineral absorption and improved sleep
Skin issues and overall peaceful experience
Meet the newest way to get cozy! This bath salt will sooth your mind, body, and soul. Just add to a hot bath and let relaxation wash over you.

*Tip: Package bath salts in a glass tube or small glass jar and give to someone you love. These make a great gift.
