We tend to feel more gratitude when we approach the holidays and are surrounded by loved ones and friends.
Gratitude is a feeling of appreciation of blessings – for all that we have received and for the opportunity to continue to receive in the future.
This year has brought a lot of change to all of our lives, some pleasant and some hard. One thing we can do is focus on having a grateful heart.
Living in a continual state of gratitude takes time and skill.
Every morning I take a few minutes to write down what I’m grateful for. When I write in my gratitude journal, I like to diffuse my Gratitude Blend. It opens my mind to all that is good. It helps me to focus on the here and now and feel blessed for all that I have.
