manage adrenal fatigue
If you have adrenal fatigue, it’s common to look for quick relief from your uncomfortable situation and debilitating exhaustion.

I’ve been there. Have you considered using essential oils to help? There’re so many great options, it just might be hard to know where to start.

Let’s dive into some great solutions. Here are a few of my favorite protocols for feeling more energized and less restless.

1. Lifelong Vitality Pack – take these supplements daily to give your body the most powerful nutrients and antioxidant boost
2. Grapefruit – take 2-5 drops of Grapefruit oil in water to help aid cortisol levels (2-3x daily)
3. Basil – apply 2-3 drops of Basil oil on forearms (2x daily)
4. Clove, Geranium, and Rosemary – rub blend over kidneys and cover with a warm compress (Blend – 2 drops Clove, 1 drop Geranium, 1 drop Rosemary)
5. Sandalwood, Bergamot, and Frankincense – use 1 drop of each oil and apply to bottoms of feet and behind the neck
Eyelash extensions are all the rage.

Did you know that essential oils can help with eyelash growth? I have found that Lavender and Cedarwood not only promote growth, but also fullness!

I’ve been using this growth serum for about a month and can already tell a difference. The best part – it’s non-toxic.
