Sometimes your gut isn’t happy.
You might feel sluggish and your digestion doesn’t work properly. It might need some help to get things moving.
There are lots of things you can do to chip away at belly problems – avoid overeating, drink plenty of water, consume potassium, get restful of sleep, and reach for your essential oils.
When I need quick relief, I drink this warm Lemongrass Ginger Tea. The Ginger oil soothes my stomach and Lemongrass helps aid digestion. It’s a great combination that always does the trick for me. |

one of my personal favorites… |

Copaiba comes from Brazil and is known for its calming capabilities. The collection process of the oleoresin is unique among essential oils—it’s tapped from the tree in a similar way to how maple trees are tapped for their syrup. The oleoresin is then steam distilled to produce the essential oil.
When you’re facing a stressful day ahead or feeling worried, the woody scent of Copaiba oil can help calm anxious feelings you may be experiencing. Email me to learn more about what else this amazing oil can do! |
