I don’t know about you, but this isn’t an easy task. A very effective oil for sleep is Cedarwood. It has a comforting, woodsy scent that has been shown to decrease heart rate and blood pressure. This makes it very effective for minimizing anxious feelings so you can get a good night’s sleep. |

BLUEBERRY MINT LEMONADE MOCKTAIL |
|
● 1 c of frozen blueberries
● 1⁄2 lemon – thinly sliced
● 1 c lemonade
● 1 c club soda or sparkling water
● Peppermint oil
● Toothpick
● Honey (optional)
● Peppermint leaf (optional) |

INSTRUCTIONS |

Add lemon slices and blueberries to a glass |

Pour sparkling water and lemonade into the glass |
3. |
Add honey (optional) |

Stir |
5. |
Dip toothpick into Peppermint oil bottle
and swirl into your drink – repeat if you
want your drink to be more minty |

Serve cold and enjoy! |
