We’ve all been told to take time for ourselves and find ways to relax and reduce stress. With a busy home, life and work, stress is one of those things that is hard to avoid.
I’ve found that I don’t need a spa or vacation to get a handle on my stress. All I need is to apply calming techniques to manage my every day stress and lower my heart rate. Some of my go-to’s are essential oils, mindful meditation, yoga and exercise.
When I feel stress and pressure come on, I start by diffusing my Stress Relief diffuser recipe. Essential oils and smells have a way of calming my mind, reducing anxious feelings and help ground me. Essential oils can’t magically make a negative situation disappear, but the benefit from relaxation effects that aromatherapy offers is amazing.
