favorite secrets for supporting individual
weight goals!
Are you tired of having a sluggish metabolism and unwanted pounds to lose?

When I’m trying to lose extra weight or kick start my metabolism, my go-to is doTERRA’s Slim & Sassy® oil. It contains Grapefruit, Lemon, Peppermint, Ginger and Cinnamon. When taken with a healthy eating and exercise plan, it helps manage my hunger cravings, boost metabolism, and improve mood. That’s no small thing!

It can be used so many different ways:

Add to water or tea and drink before working out for a revitalizing energy boost.
Consume before meals to help control appetite and overeating.
Take internally as a part of a healthy weight management program.
It’s a perfect addition to my daily exercise routine and healthy eating plan. In fact, one of my favorites ways to use it is in smoothies.
1/2 c pineapple (frozen or fresh)
1/2 c mandarine oranges (fresh or canned)
1/2 c strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 banana
1/3 c almond milk (or your choice of liquid)
1 Tbsp honey (optional)
3 drops Slim & Sassy® oil
Scoop of protein powder (optional)
2 c orange juice
5-8 Ice cubes
1/2 banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
3 drops Slim & Sassy® oil
